Great experience with the doctor and her assistant. The “billing specialist” was going to call my insurance to verify eligibility prior to my appointment. I was told after I arrived at 3:30pm for my appointment that she had called my insurance that morning and confirmed I was not covered through my HMO. I’ll admit I am not fluent in all things health insurance related and she informed me I would be paying out of pocket. I was shocked by her cavalier attitude and asked why I was not notified prior to my arriving to the appointment so I could have some time to think about my options. Selecting a dental specialist is not a decision I take lightly as it’s a physical, emotional and financial investment. The interaction made me incredibly uncomfortable. I’ve paid roughly $30,000 out of pocket for work at other dentists, and the cost of those procedures were made transparent to me from the beginning. Such a disappointing experience…

Best dental office I’ve ever used. Hygienist is gentle, very attentive to detail (sparkly white teeth) and so friendly. All the staff are delightful, professional and the office runs so smoothly. It’s a beautiful facility. Highly recommended!!!

Dr. Schwartzman is an awesome doctor. He took the time to listen to all the details on a very complex injury I’m dealing with, and I could tell he really cared. He also fit me for my first ever nightguard and did a great job making sure that it fit my bite correctly and didn’t need any adjustments. Highly recommended!

Great office, great restorative work, friendly staff, however I would not recommend this office for Invisalign. I spent a considerable amount of money, was seen very few times, and my concerns were not taken seriously and were repeatedly dismissed throughout the process. A rescan was refused after making a trip from out of town specifically for it. Very disappointed in the process and putting my trust and financial investment in this office. I am not happy with the results and no real efforts were made to resolve the issue.

Dr. Schwartzman is highly knowledgeable and personable. Have had Ralli as my hygienist for quite a long time. She is enjoyable to be around. She does a great job cleaning my teeth. The reception and other staff is friendly and warm. Would highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

Best place ever, not only is everyone so incredibly friendly they are equally as talented, I have referred quite a few colleagues and friends as well, From the front desk, to Raleigh who cleans my to teeth to Aaron who is my favorite dentist ever. I’d give ten stars if they’d let me!
